Making coffee with a thick, aromatic crema at home is easily within reach. The Brikka puts an updated spin on the original moka pot and boasts a unique pressure-controlled valve which produces a thick crema worthy of the most authentic Italian cafe. Buon appetito!

• Fill the bottom pot with warm water, pop the coffee grounds in the basket and let it sit on a low heat
• The unique pressure valve produces coffee with a rich crema
• Cast aluminium, with a silicone burn proof and heat resistant handle
• Comes in 2 cup (100ml) and 4 cup (200ml) models
• Give the valve a gentle jiggle before heating to ensure the coffee is met with as little resistance as possible
